Use the same address with the subject “Privacy / Data Request”. Please provide enough information to identify the request without sending unnecessary personal or confidential data.
Security
For suspected security vulnerabilities or unauthorised access, use the subject “Security Report”. Do not include live passwords, API keys or unnecessary personal data.
Grievance redressal
We maintain a contact channel for complaints relating to the Platform, privacy and applicable legal requirements. Complaints should describe the issue, relevant date/time and requested resolution. We will handle them according to applicable law and our internal procedures.
