1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Pritikart AI MIS, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page. If you use the Platform for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Nature of the service
Pritikart AI MIS is a management reporting and decision-support tool. It reads supported business data, maps source tables, calculates source-supported metrics and generates management presentation material. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, medical, employment or other regulated professional advice.
3. User responsibility for data
You must have all rights, permissions and lawful authority required to upload and process your files, personal data, trademarks, logos and other materials. You must validate generated outputs against your source systems before relying on them.
4. No fabrication and validation
The Platform is designed to distinguish source-supported facts, hypotheses requiring validation and metrics that are not calculable because required fields are missing. You remain responsible for reviewing calculations, assumptions, mappings and management recommendations.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Platform, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or use the Platform for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual property
Pritika Enterprises retains rights in the Platform, software, templates, branding and original content. Subject to these Terms, you retain your rights in the business data and customer materials you upload. Generated reports may be used for your legitimate business purposes, subject to third-party rights and any applicable licence terms.
7. Third-party services
The Platform may link to or use third-party services such as Google services, Microsoft Office, Hostinger and Pritika Enterprises platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, including third-party integrations, for maintenance, security, legal or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every workbook will map correctly or that generated output will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer or statutory jurisdiction, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the place of business of Pritika Enterprises.
