Current status: Pritikart AI MIS is presently operated as a management reporting application. If a paid plan, subscription or paid service is introduced, the applicable pricing page and checkout terms will govern that transaction.

1. No automatic refund promise

No paid service should be treated as refundable unless the applicable order, subscription or checkout terms expressly provide for it or applicable law requires it.

2. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory right or remedy available under applicable Indian law.
